Sheila Michael

As Escrow receptionist, Sheila answers your calls with a smile and assists customers with their transactions. In her spare time, she enjoys hanging out at the barn with her horses, quilting, camping and dinner with family. If given one thing to change in the world it would be to end hunger. Fun fact about Sheila, she was dance instructor for many years.

Michael Valdez

With precision and mindfulness, Michael prepares preliminary reports and supplements. Prior to working at Thurston County Title, he worked as a maintenance technician, line cook & kitchen supervisor. In his spare time, he appreciates walking his dog, writing and playing music and exploring Washington with all it has to offer. Michael revels in the opportunity to sipping on a fine cognac and eating delicious meal.

Tina Yoshida

For over 15 years, Tina has assisted the Escrow department, with the opening and closing process for home, investment purchases and refinance loans. Dedicated and professional, she is very knowledgeable about the Escrow process and highly respected by her peers. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, crafting and spending time with family and friends.

Molly Morse

Molly opens and closes real estate transactions, including residential sales and refinances. What she likes most about her job, is being a small part of what is, for many people, a new chapter in their lives. Prior to Thurston County Title, Molly worked in the industry as a Realtor. Her goal when she retires is to spend as much time as she can outdoors, hiking and kayaking. Molly can be described as positive and grounded. When not in the office you can find her out on the water spending time with her family, kayaking or gardening.

Edna Pantohan

With Escrow experience since 1986, Edna is knowledgeable and trusted. Her roles include working up files, preparing documents for signing and assisting clients and co-workers. Her certifications include, (LPO) Limited Practice Officer and Notary Public License. She is a proud, wife, mother and grandmother. Edna and her husband have been married for over 44 years, raised their three children to be responsible and self-sufficient individuals and is able to watch her grandson grow up.

Tina Valdez

Devoted and effervescent, Tina assist customers, transfers calls, types policies and sends out Title commitments once they have been completed by a title examiner. Previously she was assistant operations manager for a local family fun center. In her spare time, you can find Tina attending her favorite rock concert and beer festival.

Necia Leach

Necia works in partnership with realtors and lenders to provide an effortless transaction. Dedicated and experienced, after 20 years as an Escrow Officer, Necia values the relationships that have been built in the real estate community. She appreciates that each day is different. When not at work you can find her spending time with her family and boating as much as possible.

Connie Melville

As an Escrow Closer, Connie works with all parties involved in the transaction, from opening documents, lenders, signing customers and closing out files. She loves to help people through the transaction and considers it a privilege to work with her co-workers each and everyday. Prior to working for Thurston County Title, she worked for two sister companies, Pacific Title in Montesano and Grays Harbor Title. When not at work you can find her spending time with her grandkids and her puppies (Shaggy and Velma). She loves to walk 5K races and trying to beat her personal best record.

Marcy Mobley

With her sense of humor and energetic personality, Marcy assists customers finalize their Escrow transactions. She grew up in Thurston county and who loves to cheer on her hometown teams, Seattle Seahawks, Mariners & Sounders. In her free time, she enjoys the outdoors with her family, camping, hiking, biking and traveling.

Jennifer Dempsey

With over 20 years’ experience in the title and escrow industry, Jen takes a proactive approach in closing real estate transactions. Dedicated and committed to being proactive, she provides consistent communication throughout the closing process. Jen thrives at creating long term relationships with her customers and being a part of their life experiences. When not at work, you can find Jen, her husband and their three daughters making our community a better place; they founded and operate a non-profit that mentors youth who have been impacted by different forms of abuse. She has a passion for riding motorcycles and spending time with her family.
