As a Customer Service Representative, Chris assists customers with home books, mailing lists, property profiles and legal descriptions. He likes to provide a friendly and professional experience for customers. Chris is described as being kind, passionate and driven. One of his favorite things about Thurston County Title is that he loves to solve problems for customers.
Julia welcomes customers to the Escrow department with a smile. She checks them in while printing and processing documents for the Escrow teams. Julia loves working for a company that truly values their community and employees. When not at work you can find her with her large family 7 kids large, doing everything from camping and riding quads to kids sporting events. Family is the most important thing to her. In January 2019 she and her husband were blessed with their first granddaughter.
Being a lifelong resident of Thurston County, Regan takes deep pride in making sure customers property are free and clear of all liens and judgements that may affect their ownership. When not at work she revels when checking the waiver wire looking for the latest pickup for her Baseball and Football Fantasy teams, spending time with family, friends, church and her three dogs Mabel, Franklin and Carl. She is also an Applebee’s Trivia Champion.
Ashley assists owners and buyers with researching properties to make sure they are free and clear of any issues and obstructions. Her goals and passion in life are to raise her two boys to be caring, respectful, understanding and courageous young men. During the NFL season you can find Ashley wearing her Seattle Seahawks blue and cheering on her favorite team! Go Seahawks!
Honest and trustworthy, Amy assists in our Escrow Department, clearing title, requesting payoffs and preparing documents. Prior to working for Thurston County Title, she spent 19 years in healthcare as an EMT, surgery scheduler and Home-care supervisor. When not at work, she LOVE’s to explore and travel new places. Amy is also a new homeowner and enjoys spending time working on her home.
Having been a Title examiner for over 22 years, Jody has vast knowledge of the title industry. He thrives on helping customers solve complicated matters on their properties. Jody appreciates researching properties to make sure they are free and clear of liens and encumbrances. What he enjoys most In his free time, you can find him coaching his kid’s baseball team, playing a round of golf and cheering on his WSU Cougars.
Annette oversees the daily operations of title, escrow and staff at Thurston County Title. With over 26 years at Thurston County Title, she revels in the versatility of what each day brings. Kind and organized Annette is a polished professional with a tenacity to complete the task on hand. She thrives on challenging her staff to be the best they can be. When not at work you can find her spending time camping with friends and family.
With over 20 years’ experience in the title and escrow industry, Jen takes a proactive approach in closing real estate transactions. Dedicated and committed to being proactive, she provides consistent communication throughout the closing process. Jen thrives at creating long term relationships with her customers and being a part of their life experiences. When not at work, you can find Jen, her husband and their three daughters making our community a better place; they founded and operate a non-profit that mentors youth who have been impacted by different forms of abuse. She has a passion for riding motorcycles and spending time with her family.
Expressive and honest, Rhonda provides excellent customer service while answering customers questions on the phone, typing prelims and proofing policies. She is passionate about serving in the community being a team player and working with her amazing co-workers. She enjoys a good book, working out at the gym and taking care of her pig named “Tank” on her small farm. Rhonda walks her spiritual path with integrity.
Sarah participates in all aspects of the Escrow transaction from opening to the signing and closing. She loves the challenge that each file brings, “not one file is ever going to be the same” Prior to Thurston County Title, she was a local small business owner. When not doing homework, orchestra and soccer with her two beautiful daughters, they love to have dance parties and sing at the top of their lungs!
With over 20 years’ experience as an Escrow Officer, Joyce welcomes the opportunity in guiding customers through their escrow transactions. Joyce’s roots run deep in the Real Estate Industry. At the age of 16, she began answering phone calls and typing appraisals for her Father who was a Real Estate Agent and Appraiser. She is a proud military spouse and parent. Her Husband and Daughter both served in the US Army, and her Son is currently serving in the US Air Force. When not working, you can find her spending time with her Granddaughters, camping, fishing or enjoying a good book.
Mackenzie’s focus on detail and communication complements the escrow transaction process by reviewing closing documents and balancing with lenders. Part of that process is empowering Buyers and Sellers with step by step information throughout the transaction leading to seamless closings. Helping customers with their finals steps of what can be a long process and the joy that they have is the best part of her job. In her spare time Mackenzie enjoys reading and going to dog parks with her fur babies, Freya and Baylee.
For over 20 years Megan has served in many rolls at Thurston County Title. As Title Officer she gives customers peace of mind when purchasing a home by making sure the property is free and clear of all judgements. What she enjoys most about her job is helping customers and solving problems. In her free time, you can find her and her husband cheering on the Buffalo Sabres their favorite Hockey team, playing with her two dogs and knitting.
Compassionate and open minded, Michelle works in the recording department, verifying legal documents to ensure that they are in proper order for the County Auditor. She also assists in invoicing and reconciling accounts. Michelle believes that if we all work together and be our most authentic self while leaving a trail of magic far and wide makes the world a brighter place. Michelle is currently expanding her knowledge by pursuing degree in Business Administration. Growing up in the Philippines, she grew fond of the relaxing sound of waves on the beach.
Kelsey processes disbursements for escrow files and is in the process of expanding her knowledge to learn how to sign customers. She embraces the lasting relationships; she has formed while helping so many different people. Kelsey enjoys being a team player and is described as being humble, amazing and brilliant. She loves her Detroit Lions and has a fear of kites.
Chelsea is a Escrow Assistant and thrives on the challenges that brings each and everyday. She loves to work with people from all walks of life and embraces the opportunity to help them with their home purchase. Chelsea loves that we are one big family here at Thurston County Title and believes that family is everything! In her spare time, you can find her out on the water fishing, hiking and camping with her dogs.
As an Escrow assistant, Lisa’s responsibilities include, clerical support before, during and after closing the transaction, making sure that the it stays on track. She is from the great state of Louisiana, is a proud military wife and has a passion for her family. Lisa is a bird lover; she has trained multiple species of parrots and Macaws. She has also written blogs and appeared in magazines such as Bird Talk Magazine.
Necia works in partnership with realtors and lenders to provide an effortless transaction. Dedicated and experienced, after 20 years as an Escrow Officer, Necia values the relationships that have been built in the real estate community. She appreciates that each day is different. When not at work you can find her spending time with her family and boating as much as possible.
Dedicated and attentive, Chris thrives at creating long term relationship, one handshake at a time. With over 20 years sales experience, his attention to detail in the office is projected into the community through various marketing and business development avenues. He has a passion for making our community a better place to work, live and play. When not at work you can find Chris spending time with his family, biking and BBQing.
Alex enjoys assisting customers with Legal descriptions, property profiles, home books and mailings lists. She enjoys working with her co-worker Stephanie and finds the research part of her job rewarding. Prior to working for Thurston County Title, she attended University of Portland and received her BA in Biology. Alex can solve a Rubik’s cube in under 5 minutes and has volunteered at the World Yoyo contest in Iceland.
Stephanie provides customers with property profiles, homebooks, legal descriptions and recorded documents. She loves learning something new every day in the Title industry, its “fascinating and exciting”. Prior to working for Thurston County Title, she worked as a veterinary assistant while pursuing her Bachelor of Science degree at St. Martins University. During her spare time, you can find her spending time with her friends, family and her giant Rottweiler! Stephanie also has a passion for playing softball and going to the beach.
As an Escrow Closer, Connie works with all parties involved in the transaction, from opening documents, lenders, signing customers and closing out files. She loves to help people through the transaction and considers it a privilege to work with her co-workers each and everyday. Prior to working for Thurston County Title, she worked for two sister companies, Pacific Title in Montesano and Grays Harbor Title. When not at work you can find her spending time with her grandkids and her puppies (Shaggy and Velma). She loves to walk 5K races and trying to beat her personal best record.
As Escrow receptionist, Sheila answers your calls with a smile and assists customers with their transactions. In her spare time, she enjoys hanging out at the barn with her horses, quilting, camping and dinner with family. If given one thing to change in the world it would be to end hunger. Fun fact about Sheila, she was dance instructor for many years.
With her sense of humor and energetic personality, Marcy assists customers finalize their Escrow transactions. She grew up in Thurston county and who loves to cheer on her hometown teams, Seattle Seahawks, Mariners & Sounders. In her free time, she enjoys the outdoors with her family, camping, hiking, biking and traveling.
Ambitious and smart, Matthew enjoys learning and helping customer’s find solutions for their questions. As a customer service representative, he enjoys assisting customers with property profiles, legal descriptions and mailing labels. In his spare time, he enjoys, biking, playing video games and lifting weights. His personal best for bench press is 385 & squat is 485. Matthew is always up for a good game of Boggle!
Molly opens and closes real estate transactions, including residential sales and refinances. What she likes most about her job, is being a small part of what is, for many people, a new chapter in their lives. Prior to Thurston County Title, Molly worked in the industry as a Realtor. Her goal when she retires is to spend as much time as she can outdoors, hiking and kayaking. Molly can be described as positive and grounded. When not in the office you can find her out on the water spending time with her family, kayaking or gardening.
A helpful team player, Alyssha takes pride in being able to assist customers and co-workers. Whether its assisting people at the Escrow desk, typing up final title policies, opening orders or listings, she loves learning about Title and Escrow. Prior to Thurston County Title, Alyssha worked for the Post Office and management at two other companies. In her spare time, she has a good time crafting with Chalk Couture and doing puzzles.
With Escrow experience since 1986, Edna is knowledgeable and trusted. Her roles include working up files, preparing documents for signing and assisting clients and co-workers. Her certifications include, (LPO) Limited Practice Officer and Notary Public License. She is a proud, wife, mother and grandmother. Edna and her husband have been married for over 44 years, raised their three children to be responsible and self-sufficient individuals and is able to watch her grandson grow up.
Caring and motivated, Tabitha prepares supplements, preliminary reports and policies in a timely manner. With a passion for the arts, Tabitha has a double major in Business Administration and Photography. In her spare time, she loves to work on graphic design and art illustration. She cherishes working with youth at church and enjoys weight lifting and rock climbing.
When opening Title and Escrow at Thurston County Title, Laura is your go to, she starts the process on all listings, purchases, sales and refinances. She loves data entry and helping customers with their questions. Prior to Thurston County Title she served our Country for six years in the United States Army! Laura has a passion for making her own clothes, crafting and spending time with her kids.
Compassionate and dependable, Monica is a quick learner. You can find her typing policies, processing title commitments and helping with open orders. What she enjoys most about working at Thurston County Title, is the friendly atmosphere, learning something new every day and that each day is different. In her spare time, Monica revels in the outdoors, hiking, hunting and taking the boat out fishing.
As an Escrow Assistant, Jessica is the first and last person a client has contact within their transaction. She loves working in Escrow and her goal is to become and Escrow Officer within few of years.When not at work you can find her caring for her horse, working on her house and spending time with her husband, dog “Healey” and cat (Beans), even if it’s going to get coffee and a puppaccino. Interesting fact about Jessica she went to both WSU and UW but graduated from UW. Her dog has her own Instagram account and models for locally owned businesses.
Keri verifies all legal documents that are submitted for recording to make sure that they meet the requirements for the County Treasurer and Auditor. She loves being busy and learning new things every day with her awesome co-workers. Interesting fact about Keri, she has had over 30 jobs while supporting her military spouse, “you could say that I am a jack of all trades.” She enjoys spending time traveling, watching football, gardening, painting and knitting.
Sean works in our archiving department, scanning completed files and archiving them in our company database. In his spare time, you can find Sean caring for his many species of orchids, painting or fighting the battle to stop binge watching tv. Little known fact about Sean, he spent 3 years working at Capital Playhouse as an actor and making sets before they closed. He also was a caregiver for 5 years for people with developmental disabilities.
Noel provides service in a variety of areas in our Escrow Department, acquiring information necessary to get files ready for closing and clear titles. Prior to Thurston County Title, she was a Real Estate Paralegal in Fayetteville, North Carolina. Most of her spare time is spent with her family and enjoying the great outdoors and exploring nature. Interesting facts about Noel, is that she has visited 40 States and has read the Harry Potter series from beginning to end 15 times, including once within one week.
Reliable and hardworking, Barb assists in our Escrow Department, preparing, assembling and delivering escrow documents for clients. She enjoys being a part of each escrow transaction and communicating with all parties involved. She is a fun loving and proud grandmother of 6 amazing grandchildren, who she loves to play cards and board games with. Barb is also a huge Seattle Seahawks fan “GO HAWKS!”
As an Escrow Closer, Kristie prepares closing documents for purchase, sale and refinance transactions. She has over 15 years of experience in the Escrow industry. Kristie believes in treating people with kindness and compassion. If she could change one thing in the world, it would be Animal Cruelty, “there is no excuse for it!” She hopes to open her own dog rescue farm someday. When not at work, she loves spending time with her family exploring the Pacific Northwest and camping.
With precision and mindfulness, Michael prepares preliminary reports and supplements. Prior to working at Thurston County Title, he worked as a maintenance technician, line cook & kitchen supervisor. In his spare time, he appreciates walking his dog, writing and playing music and exploring Washington with all it has to offer. Michael revels in the opportunity to sipping on a fine cognac and eating delicious meal.
Devoted and effervescent, Tina assist customers, transfers calls, types policies and sends out Title commitments once they have been completed by a title examiner. Previously she was assistant operations manager for a local family fun center. In her spare time, you can find Tina attending her favorite rock concert and beer festival.
Darla manages the Escrow department with over 30 years experience. She specializes in closing commercial transactions and appreciates working with customers to create a valued relationship. Through the escrow process, she thrives on working diligently at providing solutions until the transaction is complete. Darla enjoys watching employees learn, grow and reach their potential. Interesting fact, she was in the first class of LPO’s sworn in for the State of Washington.
Kelli assists in marketing, business development and deliveries. Bubbly and enthusiastic, she loves working with different people every day and making a difference. When not at work you can find this newlywed camping, hiking and snuggling with her pups.
For over 15 years, Tina has assisted the Escrow department, with the opening and closing process for home, investment purchases and refinance loans. Dedicated and professional, she is very knowledgeable about the Escrow process and highly respected by her peers. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, crafting and spending time with family and friends.
